Update.

Thanks for the comments, guys!  Just so you know, everything went well and the doctor got all the cancer out, so that's good news!

Laughter isn't the most fun feeling right now, as it pulls at the stitches, but the doctor was really great about only taking the hair that absolutely had to go, so I won't feel like a social pariah...

I only have 5 more days until I leave for Oklahoma!  Being the geek that I am, Dad and I are stopping at the presidential library in Little Rock on the way back...I'm pretty jazzed!   The museum has a replica Oval Office and Cabinet room.  I'm going to be in full-on geek mode.
