1. School closure due to inclement weather (mostly ice, with a touch of snow). The view from my bacony (which was as far out the door as I could make myself go in my PJs):
2. Stay toasty in said PJs alllll day.
3. Crank up Amos Lee. He's some of the best company.
4. When you realize you won't have clinic tomorrow either, bake some apple-oatmeal cookies:
side note: these cookies are goood. And they are only sweetened with honey and homemade applesauce. Yum.
5. Let said cookies cool while watching the West Wing. Josh Lyman is a terrific addition to an already lovely day.
6. Watch some more snowflakes fall, with a cup of hot cocoa.
And there you have it my friends, perfection.
Tomorrow I'm actually going to have to do some work...

Looks like a very toasty day indeed... We did venture out today though. We can't stay cooped up all day with a 2 year old... LOCO, we would go LOCO!
No school tomorrow again! Yay! Too bad we aren't closer, as in walking distance, we could have hung out a bit.
recipe, por favor? Those cookies sound DELICIOUS. Okay, I confess...the DOUGH part looks the most irresistible. Half the time I bake cookies they don't make it anywhere near the oven before they're gone. Salmonella, shmamonella.
I'm making some applesauce tomorrow so I think I'll make these cookies too and I'll call you and we'll eat them together. =)
